HELP! Urgent Site Retrieval Needed

    My card expired, I lost the design that I had worked on with my upcoming online publication website and I need to revert it with a proper form of payment that will work with the Hueman theme for now. Anyone know if the site expired within a week, if the original design I worked with can be reimplemented with the custom settings I used?

    Hi @dannyarchila,

    Yes, once you’ve upgraded back to a Business plan, you can restore your site by going to Jetpack → Backup.

    If the option isn’t immediately available, you will need to enable your Business plan features by going to Settings → Hosting Configuration.
