Help urgently needed! Website is unavailable

    Dear WordPress community,

    I need help because our website is unavailable for a couple of days and our host cannot help us. We have paid for our domain and all the other bills, we have done all the updates, and we do not understand what might be the problem. Our host sent me the following message:

    I would contact Themeco or WordPress support directly if I were you, as we cannot provide specific support for this. What I have noticed, however, is that the icon is visible in the tab. This would mean that the information from the head section is partially loaded from a specific .php file. Furthermore, it seems that the rest is not loaded or your theme cannot be called. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you exactly why this is happening. From there, I would ask a WordPress expert for advice.

    I’ve checked it, and the site seet.ch is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
