Help: URL not showing up in search engines

  Hi WordPress People,

  For some reason, our TalkDM WordPress site is not showing up in any search engines even though I have selected the privacy setting for public access. What am I doing wrong? Do we have to do the upgrade and map the domain? Thanks in advance for any help.

  You have a Page based site – always hard sell for search engines

  Register your site with the search engines. http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/

  Write a few Posts to make your site seem alive – @timethief has some more help on her site: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/

  Others should have more advice at the day goes on.

  How long ago did you set up the site or how long ago did you set it to full public?
