help us complete our non profit pages

i am using wordpress to post and also create a website of our non profit organization . the organization is caring and working to advance the welfare women and children. I actually I do not have any web design and creating background. I am trying to add pictures to various pages of the website but all the pictures I upload from the computer gather in the media not showing on the page I am trying to post.
I would be glad to get the help that I will be able to design the website.
As the organization is a non profit and helping humanity I will also appreciate any help and that will be toward using this site to get very good website for the organization as well as blogging since we do not have a website.

It sounds like you are managing to get the images from your computer to your media library, but are then having a hard time getting them onto the page you want. Is that right?
I see you have a couple of images on your homepage, so perhaps you’ve worked this out, but if not, this article about the different ways to add images to posts, should help you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/adding-images-to-posts-or-pages/
