Help! Very Confusing website. / No Access to Tech Support/ Not Good

Help. Problem # 1. I had to register TWICE because I could not re-set my password. I only want ONE account if possible, although I have multiple websites that I EVENTUALLY (not now), plan to build. Two will be the same, combined (English and Spanish). Problem #2. I paid for a Tech Support plan with Word Press but their hours of operation are so limited that it was not worth it. Will they ever go 24-7 or at least offer more accessible hours for people working during the middle of the day (unable to call tech support during the middle of the day). Please help is anyone has an answer.

Hi there,
Problem # 1. I had to register TWICE because I could not re-set my password. I only want ONE account if possible
I’m not sure what you mean. You can change the password of a WordPress.com account at any time from https://wordpress.com/me/security/
You are posting here using the WordPress.com username account,
ljmendez5. This account was created in August 2018, and currently owns two sites: A free WordPress.com site, https://inglesclasea.wordpress.com/, and a stand-alone WordPress site hosted with Bluehost.com, http://box5264.temp.domains/~esignmys, connected here via the Jetpack plugin. What is the username of the other account you created?
Problem #2. I paid for a Tech Support plan with Word Press but their hours of operation are so limited that it was not worth it.
WordPress is just the name of a piece of software. That software is made by a community of unpaid volunteers on WordPress.org, and they don’t sell any tech support plans. That community provides free support for the WordPress software in the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
The site you have hosted at Bluehost.com uses this version of WordPress.
The forum you’re posting to now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We provide 24/7 live chat and email support for paid sites hosted on our servers, but we also don’t sell anything called a tech support plan. The WordPress.com site you have with us, inglesclasea.wordpress.com, is on our free plan, so does not have access to live chat or email support.
If you bought something called “WordPress tech support”, that’s something you bought from an independent agency that has nothing to do with either WordPress.com or the open source WordPress project on WordPress.org, so that’t not something we’re able to help you with.

Thank you for your insight and prompt response. Regarding issue #2, Yes, I believe it was a 3rd party that offered me the Tech Support for a monthly fee. It was over a year ago (closer to 2 i think). In fact I think it was through Blue Host that I purchased this since i recall the Tech Support was based in Az (Phoenix). Can you recommend an affordable Tech Support (3rd party) with greater accessibility? Thanks. Issue #1….. ljmendez5 is my U/N currently…… I should have two websites registered. One since 2018, designmysuccess.com and the 2nd that I registered in Word Press yesterday 9-7-20, inglesclasea.com. That domain I was unable to see or work on since I just transferred it from GoDaddy to Blue Host. I was hoping to add 2 more sites (domains) to my WP account. Is that possible? How many domains can you have on WP? Thank you. I appreciate your help and feedback.

In general, we recommend the official WordPress.org support for your self-hosted WordPress.org site.
You can reach them at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ and it’s free.

Thanks I appreciate the feedback and I am a big fan of free…. I really am….. Unfortunately, as much as I like public forums and their support I need tech support in helping me build my website. Having someone on a call or sharing screens works best for me. Are there no 3rd parties tech support cos that you can recommend? Thanks again. LJMendez

Hi there,
Since your site is not hosted by us, it’s best to ask Bluehost for any tech support recommendations.
