HELP! Video issue with thumbnail

  I have tried all the tricks. Cleared cache, tried another browser, etc. I have a video that I can’t get the thumbnail to stick. Of course it is a VERY important video. Any ideas? Thanks–
  When I try to update the page all my changes also do not take.

  Hi there,

  To change an uploaded video’s thumbnail, you can go to your media library under Media > Add New and click on the video’s title to edit it. Next to Preview and Insert, you can play the video and click on Capture Thumbnail to choose a new thumbnail.

  If that doesn’t work for you, please let me know what video you are trying to edit and the exact time of the new thumbnail you would like. I’d be happy to take a look at it to see what might be going on. :)
