Help: Viewing Graphs on Stats. How to see them?

  Hi I’ve looked thru all the FAQ and pages and pages on these forums, and can’t find anything on how to help with my problem.

  I can’t see any of the graphs on my blog stats page(s). I have flash and and all that installed. When I check on the Adobe website, I’m notified everything is installed, correctly and I also see the test graphics.

  I can run media and see movies and imbedded information everywhere else but on my wordpress.com blog.

  Is there anything that I might have running that would be blocking me from seeing this feature? I had turned off and even uninstalled my ZoneAlarm, thinking that was blocking it, but still I don’t see the graphs.

  Can anyone help with this? Thank you in advance :)

  What is the URL of the blog? What do you see in the space where the graphs should be? What browser and version are you using?

  Have you cleared cookies and your browser cache and done a forced reload of the page? Try that and if that doesn’t work, answer those questions back in this thread.

  I am using the current version of FireFox – I get automatic updates

  I have indeed cleared cookies, browser cache – several times in fact.

  I’m not sure what a “force reload of the page” is: maybe I need to do that too

  What I see in the space where the graphics should be: a big empty space. I left click on the space – nothing. I right click on it – it gives me “about adobeflash player” and I go there, and I’m A-OK as mentioned before on my first post – but still I cant see graphs on my stats :

  But I’ve done all the stuff I found to do from looking extensively thru these forums and the FAQ.

  Still no go on being able to view the graphs. Am I doomed?!? ;)

  For future reference, the OS is possibly a factor.

  I’m told that flash on Linux can be problematic but I have not tried.
  Firefox on the mac and flash is dodgy. I sometimes cannot see our graphs.
  IE6 / IE7 / Firefox on Windows just works for me.

  You can get your stat totals at http://m.wordpress.com if all else fails.
