Help! Visual Composer does no longer work with our theme

    Hi. We are using the theme FlatFolio for a few years now, and we want to update our website (www.twain.nl/nl). However, Visual Composer seems no longer compatible with the theme… updating is not an option since you’ll need a VC license for that, and our VC came installed with the theme. Everytime we try to edit a page, wether it’s bakend editor, classic mode, frontend editor, VC keeps on loading and loading and loading. We can no longer update anything whatsoever on our site, and this really sucks! Can anybody please advise us what’s the best thing to do?

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

    For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the plugin author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
