Since I cannot get a response from this team – I cancelled the previous payment for subscription and redemption fee. Then I filled out the form that was emailed to pay for the subscription and redemption fee.

I’ve removed the receipt ID from the post because that information is specific to your account. It should remain private.
The receipt that you’re referencing was for a WordPress.com Premium plan which cost $96. That was nearly immediately cancelled from your account and a refund was processed. Those funds will reach you in about ten days.
That premium plan has nothing to do with your domain redemption as we’ve explained, the domain redemption fee is $80, and the annual domain renewal is $18.

The new receipt states that the redemption fee of $80 and the domain renewal of $18 have both been paid. When might I expect the domain to be operational again please?

I just got the email that the redemption + domain renewal was paid. Thank you. I’ve sent a note to our domain partner. We should hear back from them in 2-3 days about the redemption status and someone from the team will post back here with that update.

This is ridiculous and unacceptable! I did not receive a notice that you were going to be turning off my business email. I am losing clients and business to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars! What takes 2 to 3 days? Please explain…

We did not turn off your business email. Was the email connected to halesassociates.com? If so, the email may have stopped working when the domain expired.

It can take a day or two for our registry partners to reach out to us and let us know that the domain has been restored. We reached out to them yesterday notifying them that you paid the fee and they can restore the domain to your account. We are waiting on them to reply so we can reactivate the restored domain under your account.
