  I need help.

  The current subscription is under a employee email account who has left the organisation.

  How can I cancel this subscription?

  Hi there,

  You need to login with the account for which you wish cancel subscription and then post here using that account.

  In case you do not have credentials you can get in touch with employee who has left the organization. Subscription can not be cancelled without consent of the person who has purchased it.

  Please mention website address or username for which you want to cancel subscription. Do not post any personal information like phone number or email address. I will tag this thread for staff assistance.
