Help! website parse error

  I need to redo angelascarlatophotography.com if you go to the link it does not let me edit or do anything to the site. It says parse error when you click on the link.

  I want to get the portfolio gallery theme and I do not know how to add the photo gallery onto the homepage. If you can help with that so it doesn’t happen again.
