Help! Website Threatened with Ransom Email

  Today I was sent an extortion email threatening to hack my website if I don’t pay a ransom in bitcoin. The hackers call themselves Armada Collective. I’ve alerted my service provider, who seemed less than concerned. Has anyone dealt with this or is there anything I can do? I subscribed to a website protection program and also purchased SSL Certification.
