help, what is a number I can call and get help

  I had an account under a different name than what I am using. Every time I try to post a comment from the new email or from the new site, it won’t post because it says I’m trying to post as old user. Yet, it is clear I am logged in as new user, it is the new user email, it is showing that I am posting as new user. but when I hit reply it says I’m the old user. I want that ACCOUNT deleted and gone forever. Help.

  I want (email visible only to moderators and staff) to quit saying I’m trying to post as them. I am hot_lady and that is who I am trying to post as. It make it hard to get followers etc when I can’t like or reply to a lot of things. help

  Hi there,

  The old account, texeattle , and the new account, hotlady1965 , aren’t connected at all on WordPress.com’s records, but it sounds like maybe your browser has cookies stored from the old account.

  I’d recommend following these steps to delete your previous cookies and browser caches:

  After doing those, quit and re-open your browser, login as the new account, and let me know if the old account still appears at all.
