HELP! What is happening with Possibly Related Posts?

  I have a blog on metaphysical marketing. I wrote a post yesterday and was getting the link to send to a client. today found this at the bottom:

  CRAP site
  No Title
  QuakeCon 2009 web site gets revamp; registration begins Friday
  A Golden Age for Cheapskates

  First, what is this? I don’t want it on my site.
  Second, These post are not related to the site or the post and look at the names! My visitors will think this is a comment! CRAP Site.

  How do I get rid of it? I am really upset about this.
