Thank you, @timethief, but I have been attempting to continue on a chat that I had started with them before so they can look at the thread and understand the context. My request is time sensitive, that’s why I am in need of direct contact rather than forum post; your response is very helpful nonetheless! Thanks again!

This thread was already tagged with modlook so emailing Staff after that ragging was not a wise move to make. Staff work their through all modlook tagged threads and all emailed support requests in datestamp order, serving the earliest dated first and the most recent dated last, as would be expected.
