HELP..why can’t I contact someone who works for wordpress?!

Hi I actually submitted this form two weeks ago and still never heard back from anyone. I’m hoping somebody can get back to me this time. I’m trying to purchase a plan to get my website up and going. I am very hesitant because I am not familiar with any of the technical skills I need to build a website. I am a reviewer. I have big plans as for what I’d like to do with my business but for right now I’m still kind of getting started. Originally I was considering the business plan when the deal was going on in July but nobody got back to me enough time so I wasn’t able to get the deal Now I can’t afford to do the business plan so I’m considering doing the premium. I just need a bit of guidance and clarification. I’m afraid of signing up and wasting my money I want to make sure that I can do everything that I want to do with this platform. I’m hoping talking to somebody will be able to clarify my concerns for me so I can either get started or find another service provider.

If you’re hesitant about paying for a plan why not spend some time working with your free site https://fearfrightexperience.wordpress.com/. You can upgrade to a paid plan and get a custom domain etc when you’re ready.
