Help. Why can't I embed Podcast link in my blog?

  This is a noobie question. I have a podcast at http://cajphoto.podomatic.com and I would like to embed the player in a blog post but nothing seems to work. I have tried as Text, Link, Code and copied just the page link and 2 different types of embedded code and it won’t appear. Is this not possible or am I doing it wrong?

  Not all code is allowed at WordPress.COM for security & reliability reasons – please post the code between backticks (the bottom symbol on you tilde ~ key ) or use the “Code” feature at the top of the editor on this box
