HELP WHY CAN’T I VIEW MY SITE ON WORDPRESS BUT I CAN EDIT FROM MY SITE?!

  Hello I’m new to wordpress, but the company I work for uses it for our website. I have access to part of the website but cannot access the site stats. I’m trying to see activity by country which apparently you can only do from the wordpress site. I need your help!!! When I go to view more stats on wordpress.com it prompts me to log in, even though I am already logged in… When I input the username for the company’s website it said that it does not exist…..when it clearly does.
