help! Widgets in sidebar now showing in footer section (theme: Twenty thirteen)

  My widgets were in my sidebar (secondary widget area) up until this morning, after I put up a new post.

  Now, the widgets are in the footer section (which is the main widget area for my theme). I checked my widget settings, and all my widget are still selected to show in the sidebar.

  How do i get my widgets back to the sidebar
