Help with 2 main concerns.

    My website is http://www.triplecz.com, My first and biggest concern is that I’ve been trying to figure out how to move the Home/?/?/? (question marks being the new pages i will create) bar down from where it currently is to the bar right under the lamborghini and centre it with the posts allignement. It is one of the biggest concerns I have for the moment and I have been unable to figure out how to do it for days. Here is the link of the theme itself in case someone needs it.

    The second concern is if it possible to put a calendar where the video is on the sidebar which can also act as an archive, this is not as important as the first thing but I would love to get it done to make the website a bit less clustered.
