Help with a critical error, site is down
-
My site is down due to a critical error. WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Themify Portfolio Post. I have tried to deactivate and activate however this does not help. I do not know what to do. I am not a programmer or a web developer.

Hi there, @darlene2469!
The site acmeagentsinc.com is not hosted here with us at WordPress.com. Instead, that site is a self-hosted WordPress site (WordPress.org). We do not have access to your site since you are not hosting this site here with us at WordPress.com. We only offer support for WordPress.com sites here in these forums.
However if you would want us to have that sort of access, to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan! We have information about all that it offers here:
https://wordpress.com/hosting/Saying that, this error is likely caused by a plugin added to your site. A good first troubleshooting step is to deactivate all of your plugins. If the issue disappears then reactivate one plugin at a time. Refresh your page each time you reactivate a plugin to see what causes the issue to return.
You can view the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
