Help with a purchase order

  Hi,
  Could a member of staff contact me please about a purchase order I would like to make. I would like to upgrade a website for my employer (a university) and they will need an invoice to setup payment. Can someone help me with this please? Thank you.

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  It’s not possible to upgrade via an invoice per say. Are you required to make a purchase via bank transfer? If yes, this would not be possible.

  Thanks so much for replying @aleone89. This is the information that my company gave me…

  Usually, subscriptions, memberships etc would be paid on Agresso. The company would first be set up as a Supplier on Agresso, then a quote would be submitted stating the order, price and vat. A Purchase Order (PO) would be raised through Agresso and payment made.

  Is the above possible? Could this be setup? Thanks again.
