Help with activation

  I accidentally misspelled my e-mail upon creating a site, and as such, I can’t verify it. Is there any way I can change the e-mail? And if I do have to delete the site and start over, will I permanently lose the address name?

  There’s a known issue at the moment with changing email addresses. Don’t delete your site.

  I’ve tagged this thread for Staff attention in helping you with this. Please type your email address here normally. The forum software will redact it from public view, but staff will still be able to see it to help you. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

  Which email address would you like to use?

  Misspelt email addresses can usually be updated through your Account Settings page but there is a bug preventing this at the moment. We are working on a fix but in the meantime, I can update the email address for you.
