Help with adding a guest blogger
-
One of the guest bloggers I’ve invited is having some problem in sending me the article as there are many high resolution pictures on it. I’m not comfortable in adding a blogger as an”Author” to my blog, is there any other way around?
When I add an “Author”, does he have the capability to view/delete my uploaded photographs and can be review the comments on my blog?
Please help!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I never allow anyone access to the Admin area of my blog. I have all guest bloggers email me their posts.
All support docs are here http://support.wordpress.com
The answer to your question is no but do see here re: Author capabilities http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

Yes, I read that and I’m also not at all comfortable in allowing anyone to access my admin area. But nothing is mentioned on those posts regarding their capabilities to delete already uploaded files/images and their capability to review the comments.I just got this –
An author can edit, publish and delete their posts, as well as upload files/images. Authors do not have access to modify, add, delete, or publish pages

They can’t modify anyone else’s images or posts.
But if they’re emailing you high-res images, tell them not to. The web only displays at 72 dpi, so tell them to reduce them to that before sending them to you.

@timethief and @raincoaster Thanks for all the help, though I’m still a little suspicious about letting someone use my admin panel..!!
