HELP with adding photos!!

Help! Ive never done a blog before, so this is way new to me. I have a facebook business page where most of my business is done through. I have an etsy page, but its a waste of time. I needed “something” else to use as a way to contact me, see what I offer, etc..and am having truck decals made, so figured Id use a blog address to put on there as well. I cant seem to figure out how to list the items I make (pictures of them) with info. Any help?
