Help with an existing website.

    My website is ¨lavaxpress.es¨, hosted by WordPress, and i accidentally clicked a button to create a new website in the control panel of the lavaxpress.es, and the system blocked me off. i tried to login from the page and from WordPress page, and i cant seem able to login. if anyone could help me i would be very grateful.

    Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by 1&1. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
