Help with an orphaned web site removal

Work with a volunteer EMS agency. The person managing our old WordPress hosted account passed away. This happened in 2013. Need to get the old WordPress web site taken down because it is outdated and a regulatory challenge. Does anyone know how I can contact WordPress somehow to make this case? They are currently hosting a healthcare website that is neither HIPAA or NYS DOH compliant.
The help system is maddening and keeps pointing me in all the wrong directions.

The orphaned site is PRVAC.Wordpress.com
Our current site (also built on WordPress but hosted at godaddy) is PRVAC.ORG
You should be able to compare the two sites and see that they refer to the same organization.
Look forward to hearing what can be done. I spoke with our Corps Captain and he indicated that we can provide whatever information you need on our organization to evidence that we are in fact the organization in question.
