HELP with annoying issue

    We had tried to create a different blog site called GotThoughts on WordPress. We originally signed up for it but never really pursued finalizing it and maintaining it. Recently, we have received dozens and dozens of emails thought from (email visible only to moderators and staff) with ‘new user registration on your site GotThoughts’ Each one has the person’s Username and Email. However, I do not know how to get to the GotThoughts bolt space or to turn on getting these annoying emails from WordPress. Can you help me? Thank you.
