Help with another account

  Good afternoon
  I was trying to create an account with my school’s email address as per assignment instructions however when I tried to set it up I was not able to do so because my email was already being used with an account and to log in. When I try to log in I am told that the account does not exist.

  I presume that the assignment involves creating a new site in the school’s account. You might want to check on that. If I’m correct, then…

  1. Try logging into the school account with another browser. Once logged in, you should be able to create a new site in it, starting here.

  2. Alternatively, you may use the same browser after logging out of your personal account, but be sure to clear the cache and cookies, as described in the How to Solve Common Browser Issues support page, before attempting to log into the school account.

  If I’ve misunderstood, then please try to explain more clearly what you’re attempting to do.
