  Hello,

  I am the leader of a student organization at Adler University called the Adler Society of Sexology (ASOS), the prior leader of our group purchased a year subscription for our blog adlersexology.com, but they did not pass on the password. I have attempted to reset the password, but the reset link isn’t reaching our group email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). The former leader is not communicating so I’m hoping for help in getting the password reset and having it connected to my student email, (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Please let me know what would be needed to troubleshoot this issue.

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  It looks like you would need to recover the account, and for that you would ideally need a transaction ID, which is located on the statement of the card that was used to make the purchase.
