Help with Aweber for .com sites

    Hi there,
    I can’t install my aweber sign up form on my site (Illustratr theme).
    I read somewhere that I could add a text link to my sidebar. Firstly how do I get aweber to generate a text link and then how do I add it to my sidebar?
    Appreciate any help its driving me crazy – thanks!

    Hi there. If you’re talking about the Aweber sign-up form, there’s no way to use that on WordPress.com. Form code from other websites are automatically stripped out if you try to insert it on a blog here.

    However, you can insert a link to your account/profile on that site. Regarding the link itself, you’ll have to ask Aweber support what to use. Make very sure you specify that it is for WordPress.COM and that it cannot contain any Flash or JavaScript. It must be the plain URL only to your profile. If you want to insert a clickable image with the link you’ll need the image URL as well.
