help with backup

  does anyone has tips on backup for my blog. I understand it is wise to do but is there an easy way to do this by keeping the full existing lay-out,the full text, mp3 files, pics, tags, categories etc??

  Themes can’t be backed up. As for the rest, if you search Support you find this:
