  Can someone please please please help me setup my site. I’m having some issues with setting it up and getting things placed in the correct places. I would like to have someone walk me thru the steps and what not.

  Good, you’ll have to pay someone.

  As you were told, that’s not a WordPress.com site. It’s a WordPress.org site and you’ll either have to take a course, buy a book, find some online tutorials, or just hire a consultant to do it. We cannot help you with that here.
