Help with Blog page and Archive

Hi guys,
My first website is almost finished, but the blog page is giving me a bit of a headache
I don’t want to see ‘Archive’ at the top of the page. How can I remove this / how does it get here?
And I also want to get rid of the automatic sidebar with ‘Most popular’ and all those social icons. How can I do this?please help

Your website uses the free and open-source WordPress software which you’re hosting with Siteground. You should always go to WordPress.org for support with the WordPress software, and contact your host Siteground.com for hosting-related issues.
WordPress.com where you are now is an independent hosting company and they can only support their own customers.

Then when you go to WordPress.org’s support forum to ask for help, you’re going to have to open your site and make it publicly accessible. They can’t help you fix a problem with your site if they can’t check out your site to see the problem for themselves.

That’s right, for the past 72 hours I’ve only been reading about creating my own website with WordPress, customizing a theme, which plugin I should or shouldn’t use, whether I should take a backup or child theme, etc.
It is possible that I’m a little blurred and out of desperation posted my question in the wrong forum.
