Help with blog that's been 'disconnected?'

  Hello WordPress-
  Well I’ve never had to do a support request and feeling pretty darn frustrated that the only way I can submit a support request is via a public forum?!? Why can’t I talk to directly one of those engineers the site says is there for me. Humph.

  Anyways! Help!
  I launched a new website using a Squarespace template and I somehow managed to accidentally link my blog to the built in blog that squarespace has integrated into their templates.

  I am at a loss on how to restore my blog and quite worried I destroyed it all! When I go to my login page it now takes me here:

  http://www.amykielphotography.com/blog/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amykielphotography.com%2Fblog%2Fwp-admin%2F

  I have been using a ProPhoto theme for my wordpress blog. Thank you so much for your help!

  Many many thanks for your help with this! I’m anxious to get my blog back! Fingers crossed….

  I’m sorry for your frustation. Posting support request on public forum allow members and volunteers here to help. Besides, once the problem is solved it could be referenced if someone has similar issue in the future.

  Anyway, It looks like the domain http://www.amykielphotography.com/ has been appointed to squarespace host, thus you’re no longer able to access the wordpress blog/login page.

  However, looking at your login page:
  http://www.amykielphotography.com/blog/wp-login.php

  Looks like it’s a self hosted wordpress, not a site hosted in wordpress.com

  Can you double check by visiting this link and see any site?
  https://wordpress.com/stats/insights

  If you see nothing, it means the blog was not wordpress.com blog, and you need to seek help from the hosting provider prior to squarespace.

  Hi Elte! thanks for replying! So when I click on the link (stats/insights), I see stats for all my posts but can’t navigate to any actual pages. What does that mean, exactly?

  And yes I suppose it is self-hosted but when I click on the link you’ve provided, what exactly would I search for for assistance?

  If I could TALK with someone, I’d feel like I have feet to stand on. But I feel like I’m going in circles.

  If it’s self hosted blog, we couldn’t provide any help since this forum is for wordpress.com.

  However, Worry not… the staff could probably check and explain better. I’ve tagged this thread for their attention.

  It doesn’t look like your site is hosted on WordPress.com, but on Squarespace. You will need to reach out to Squarespace’s support team for further assistance:

  Sorry for not being of much help in this case!
