Help with Blogroll

  I would like to have a blogroll accessible via the main menu – how do I do this? To start a blog roll I read you need to configure some settings under “links” but I cannot find that on my dashboard. There is “permalinks” under settings but I dont think its the same.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
