Help with business plans

    Did you recently change business plans? Our site recently went down and it looks like i cant reinstall themes or plugins without upgrading? is this correct?

    Thank you for responding. Our website went down on Wednesday with no explanation.
    Our hosting is up to date and current but everything from our site is not published. When troubleshooting it looked like we needed to update our Divi Theme and plugins but upon logging in, i found none of them in place. Can you advise who to call for tech support?

    Just to clarify, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com (or our Business plan).

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In your case, this appears to be GoDaddy.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
