Help with changing the PHP File from Dynamic to Static ID.

We were trying to change the id from Dynamic to Static in Carousel Layout for our website (https://www.incessanttechnologies.com/) . We are getting the error as ‘ Something went wrong. Your changes may not have been saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over FTP’.
Can you please look into the issue and give us the solution. -
