help with changing widgets and tags for links

  I am trying to change the one line sentence under the header sections on my home page and I can’t seem to find where i do that. Also, I cannot find where I can change widgets

  Also, I cannot find where I can change widgets

  Widgets can be added, edited, relocated, removed, and otherwise managed at Customize > Widgets. See the Widgets support page.
