Help with Christopher theme

hi there,

could you please help with some issues I am having with my new theme Christopher
1. I would like for the featured image not to be in the post at the moment this shows up a lot.
2. Help centering the image gallery on posts.
3. I would like the images on my site to be as it shows up on the demo site; as wide as the text content, could you please tell me what size i should be creating images in
4. Menu, at the moment the child menus show up as a drop down but I would like it to be a horizontal option like the demo.

any help with this would be much appreciated.

Hi annalisa

To centre the image gallery on posts you can use the following custom CSS.

Select Appearance > Customize > CSS from your Admin Dashboard and enter the custom CSS there.
```
.gallery-row {
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
}
```

To hide the featured image in posts:
```
.entry-thumbnail img {
    display: none;
}
```

Your images seem to be the recomended size for the theme at 750px.

I think your text is not the same width as the images because you are not using widgets on the right hand side.

Try adding the following custom CSS:
```
p {
    max-width: 750px;
    margin-right: auto;
    margin-left: auto;
}
```

Quick Specs (all measurements in pixels):
Main content width is 750.
A widget in the sidebar is 360.
Featured Images are 749 wide, with suggested minimum height of 500.
Featured post images in the Featured Content Slider should be1140x450.

Thanks for reaching out.

with regards the imaged gallery the code works fine.

for the featured image however, I apologise if I haven’t made myself clear. I do want to featured image on the post, as it appears on the home but not in the post.

will take to you an example of the post, the image on top is the featured image on the home page and that is fine but I don’t want it to be in the post…I hope I am making myself clear.
