Help with comment box not appearing

  Hello
  I have set up a blog for work but no comments box appears, nor does any link to Leave a Comment. I have tried ticking and unticking ‘user must enter email address’ but this makes no difference.
  I have also ticked the boxed ‘allow comments’ and allow trackback’ – on my posts but this makes no difference.
  I want a box to appear for comments on the page – or at least for it to say ‘leave a comment’ somewhere on the page.
  I dont want people to have to log into wordpress in order to leave a comment. Could you look at it please
