Help with connecting Post to Pages on Menu

    Hi,

    I am a very new blogger and still getting the hang of some of the lingo on here.

    I am having a difficult time trying to figure out how to connect my “Post” from my main page to my “Pages” on my top menu. If you look at my blog, I have a few posts already but I’m not sure how to connect them to my other menus on top.

    For example, I posted an Apple Pie recipe and I want to be able to click on my “Nutrition” tab on top and you can see the Apple pie recipe as well as prior recipe posts.

    So far I’ve had to go directly to “pages” and posts a completely new thing in order to have something there when you click on it.

    I would greatly appreciate the help!

    Posts and pages are completely separate things. What you want are categories and a custom menu: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/06/30/posts-on-pages/

    The links won’t work until you have at least one post in each category, of course.
