Help with Creative Theme from Organic

I need help Creative Collective Theme from Organic. I have previously purchased this theme and found it difficult to set up. I REALLY love this theme and I would like to purchase it again. Is there someone who can assist me setting up ? Cheers, Eliza

Hi Robyn, thanks for your links. I am so sorry but I just cannot get the Organic theme to work for me. I have tried, step by step as well as tutorials, but I do not think the Collective has the details I need. I most likely need to go .org self hosted to get the theme I need, but I don’t know how to go about that. I had a look at : http://socratize.com and like the format but I do not like the ‘blackness’ – anything I can do about that? If I draw a mock up of what I need and post to you, would you be able to advise me? Cheers, Eliza

If you’re looking at WordPress.org themes to apply to a self-hosted site, I can’t really be too helpful on those. I don’t have access to any files that would let me troubleshoot self-hosted theme issues. If you decide to go that route, you’d have to use the theme developer’s support site for answers. If it’s an issue of color/contrast, you’d have to adjust your theme’s CSS code, I suspect.
If you want to give the Organic theme the old “college try,” I’m happy to assist you. We can take it issue by issue, if you’re stuck.
Otherwise, if you’d like to stay hosted here at WordPress.com and Collective isn’t doing the trick for you, I can give you a refund for that theme and help you choose another. Just let me know what qualities you’re looking for!
