    Hi there,

    Can you walk me through exactly what you’re doing to change themes, and at which point you see that error? What theme are you trying to change to?

    There’s nothing from our end that would prevent you from changing your site’s theme, and I see a successful theme change on your site only five days ago, so I have no idea what might be going on here – theme changes isn’t typically something that requires any intervention from our end.
