Help with customization and premium theme forums

  I purchased a premium theme and I cannot access the customize option. When I click on customize, I receive a message that says “Cheatin’ Uh?”.

  Also, I cannot post to the premium themes support forum in the Lens section. The message at the bottom says it is for people who have purchased a premium theme. I purchased the “Lens” theme, and verified the purchase by going to Store -> My Upgrades.

  Hi there,

  Your account maggiemcalisterruiz is an editor on the blog maggiemcalisterlosangeles.wordpress.com. Only the blog owner or administrators can customize the site. You can learn more about that here: User Roles

  Also, only the account that purchased the Lens theme can post in the Lens support forum. Your blog is using the Lens theme, but it was purchased by a different user on the blog. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
