Help with dashboard and charges

  Hi I am extremely frustrated and confused and wish I could speak to someone over the phone. I was charged $300 for a business account yet my account shows as having no receipts or cards on file. Also, my dashboard shows my website as having zero content, but when you visit my website there is a ton of content. I just want to understand what’s happening. I feel like the inability to talk to a person from WordPress makes building a website incredibly difficult.

  This usually happens when you have 2 or more accounts on the wordpress.com platform and when you are logged in to the account that doesn’t own the Business Plan.
  If you don’t know which account owns your Business Plan, take a look at your site to find out the name of your other account or you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to that account at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Everything is there when you visit, but nothing in the dash.

  I’ve wondered if I have two accounts somehow but I can’t find an initial email saying welcome or having any information that I would need to recover account.

  Thank you!!!! Do you know how I go about deleting the other one?

  Also, do you know anything about bluehost? I thought I needed it for a food blog so I purchased it. In my search to figure out this problem I contacted them today and they said it’s not running on them bc I have a WordPress.com and not .org – any Information to clarify what that all means helps! Thank you!

  @jaclynrovere Bluehost is a separate host, and you won’t need hosting in both places unless you have multiple sites and prefer to have some hosted elsewhere.

  And, do you want to close this account out and log in as the other? Here’s how you can close this account if needed:
