help with deleting menus!

  Could someone help me with deleting my menus? my wordpress does not give me an option to save after I have deleted the individual menus in the appearance/menus section. I am trying to remove both menus from my site nav. please help!

  You have a menu and you have items in that menu like Home and Contact which are both static Pages – not menus.

  If you create a custom menu then you have the ability to include tabs (links) to ONLY the items you want in it.
