Help with Discussion Settings
-
The Discussion settings & comments are going to the wrong email address. I changed my email in “My account” but comments and discussions do not send to my current email.
Help with this is appreciated.

Email Notifications http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/
There are two main types of email notifications that you’ll receive from WordPress.com. Also covers comment email notifications, likes or follow email notifications, and troubleshooting email notifications that aren’t getting to your inbox. -
As far as I can tell, the site you’ve linked to hasn’t had any new posts since 2011. Is that indeed the site you need help with?
Is it possible you are referring to a contact/feedback form and not a comment box?

My old email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
My new email that was changed in Personal settings is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
The site URL is cccloc.wordpress.comI want to change the email so that the notifications go to @outlook.com
I don’t see where that’s possible from the links you sent me.

Yes, it is a contact/feedback form from members. And it’s the subscription alert.
The member subscribes and receives alerts. When they subscribe, the bounce goes to my OLD email and not the new email. How do I change the subscription alert to my NEW email?
-
You have a couple different places that you may receive email.
First, your WordPress.com notifications for comments and other official site notifications will go to the address associated with your account, which is currently your outlook.com account. If you have a recent email that has gone to your old address, I’d like to see that since it suggests there is an error in our system. You can forward it to me directly via email. Please include my name in the subject line and a link to this thread in the body of the email.
Second, if you have a contact form on your site, by default it will sent responses to the email address listed on the blog at the time it was created. You can change that by creating a new contact form and then in the “email notifications” tab in the contact form creator, set a different email address.
This page shows how to do this:
