help with displaying blog posts

i am using a theme and cannot seem to get the blog posts to show up on the homepage. i added a new page for posts and set it as default on the homepage via reading section, still it won’t show up. any ideas?

There are a few ways to have the blog posts display on the homepage, but given that you’re using a Site Editor compatible theme, I’ll share the steps on how to set that up.From your dashboard.
- Go to Appearance > Site editor
- Click on the main editor area. You should see “Home” at the top. That means you’re editing the Home template.
- Open the list view and make sure you add a block after the last one on that template. It should be a Group block.
- In the editor, type /query or /blog post and add one of those blocks. Both blocks do similar things, but they have some features you may like more on one than the other. I encourage you to read more about them here:
Use the Query Loop block to display blog posts (or other content types such as pages, testimonials, or projects) anywhere on your site. This block is similar to the Blog Posts block, but with greater flexibility to display your content using many different parameters and visual layouts. This guide will show you how to use it.
