  Hello! I so read over the information about transferring over domains from previous websites. I did purchase one back in December and did not confirm within 15 days, which was their policy. Because I came across your website and was hoping to have the domain through your website. So because I didn’t confirm my email, I thought that that other website wouldn’t claim that email, but it appears they still do?

  Hi there,

  What is your domain that you bought in December?

  If your domain has been suspended because you didn’t verify your contact info it doesn’t mean you no longer own it. But you’ll also not be able to transfer it to us as it’s still registered with Wix. In that case you’ll need to contact Wix to get help verifying it, as you won’t be able to transfer it to us if it’s unverified.

  Also note that a domain can only be transferred to another provider if you’ve owned it for more than 60 days.

  Hi, I already have a Domain, I dont want to transfer anything just want to start developing a website for it. What do I do?
